Meet Rahul

Hello!

I'm Rahul, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist dedicated to helping adults and young people aged 16 years and over overcome emotional and psychological difficulties through evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I understand that beginning therapy can feel like a significant step. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where we can work together to understand what is maintaining your difficulties and develop practical strategies that help you move towards the life you want to live.

Compassionate, Collaborative and Evidence-Based Therapy

My Approach

I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, compassionate and tailored to the individual. I take the time to understand your experiences, values, identity and goals, recognising that no two people experience difficulties in the same way.

As someone from a South Asian and LGBTQ+ background, with my own lived experience of mental health challenges, I understand the importance of feeling genuinely heard and accepted. This informs my commitment to providing a safe, inclusive and culturally responsive space.
